Plans change on the road. Here is exactly what happens when they do.

Late cancellation
Cancelling within 24 hours of the trip, or not showing up at the pick-up point, means the deposit is retained to cover transport, food and guide costs already committed. We will always try to move you to another date first.
Trips cancelled by us
If we cancel because of river conditions, weather or any operational reason, you choose between a full refund or a rescheduled date at no extra cost.
Leaving a trip early
If you choose to stop part way through a trip, or a guide asks you to for safety or conduct reasons, no refund is given for the unused portion.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are returned by the same method you paid — mobile money, bank transfer or cash — normally within 7 working days. Bank or mobile money transfer fees are deducted from the refunded amount.
