We only collect what we need to run your trip safely and get you on the river.

When you send a booking request or contact us we collect your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, preferred trip date, group size, pick-up point, accommodation choice and any dietary or medical notes you choose to share. Our website also records basic anonymous usage data such as pages visited.
Your details are used to confirm your booking, arrange transport and accommodation, brief your guide on medical or dietary needs, and to send you your trip photos. We may contact you about your upcoming trip by phone, WhatsApp or email.
We share only what is necessary with our drivers, guides and accommodation partners in Jinja. We never sell your information or pass it to advertisers.
Our photographer covers each trip. We may use trip photos and video on our website and social channels. If you would rather not appear, tell your guide or email us and we will remove any image of you.
Booking records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and safety records. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold by emailing bookings@kiirarafting.com.
